During Lockdown, I had been trying to improve my flexibility and loosen my hip flexors which have always been an issue for me but I knew I wouldn't reach my goal on my own.
Since I joined the MWM team, I have seen a huge improvement which has also been commented on by my dance friends and teachers. High clicks have been introduced into my dances which is a huge bonus for me.
I meet once a week with Megan and Aoibheann who put me through my paces and assess how I'm doing. They help me set goals and programmes to keep me focused. Getting a World Medal at my first World's and placing 3rd at Irish Nationals has been amazing and achieved through their support.
I would highly recommend MWM if you want help and support to reach your goals and they are such nice people with a real interest in how you are doing and they brighten your day.

I saw a difference in Caoimhe's confidence, especially leading up to the worlds. I was very pleased with her change in positivity in the lead up to and during the competition.

I went to a mindset session which was very helpful. It made me think about the World Championships with more confidence and helped me dance to the best of my abilities, without any fear of falling on stage/forgetting steps.

Ruby Walshe
We purchased the splits masterclass during last year when we had lockdowns etc and could only practice at home. Initially Ruby couldnā€™t get very far down on the splits but after the class we seen a difference.Ā
This with some of the other other MWM workouts have definitely helped Rubyā€™s flexibility. As well as her regular dancing classes and working hard with her teacher, she has made massive improvements in her dancing over the last 18 months. We would recommend the class as it helps provide stretches and exercises specifically for Irish dancing. This means that with class and home practice, you can be using this to help with dancing.

I really enjoy all the classes as there is a variety and they always make them fun. I have always tried hard to keep up my fitness and flexibility but MWM has made it much easier as the classes are timetabled and complement my dance classes.
I try to do as many online classes as I can and plan them in around my dance classes. I think MWM has helped me be focus more on specific fitness and flexibility for my Irish dancing and this meant I can focus on my dancing more. With hard work at my dance classes and MWM I have started to see an improvement in my results.

Loving the website . Easy to login and navigate the classes and join previous classes . Loving twist and shout class in particular, Amelia is finding it fun as she’s only 8 years old . And like the goal setting monthly workshops too. Thank you.

MWM classes, they’re fun! It’s also good as when you’re busy and can’t manage live classes they’re all recorded for you so you can do them in your free time.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the programme you designed for Coleen. I can see a definite improvement in her posture. She absolutely loved doing the programme and is continuing with it even after the six weeks.
